About The Position

America's Best, part of National Vision, is hiring a Sales Associate to support customers and store operations. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, helping customers choose eyewear that suits their lifestyle, prescription, and budget, and contributing to store sales goals. The associate may dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training as permitted by state law, while educating customers about eyewear and contact lens care. The position also involves maintaining accurate customer and patient records, communicating order status, answering incoming calls, keeping the store clean and organized, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting inventory control and loss prevention. Duties and work practices may vary according to applicable state licensing and credential requirements. America's Best stores are closed every Sunday.

Requirements

Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
Skilled at multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
