About The Position

America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to support customers and store operations. The role provides customer service, supports sales goals, helps customers choose eyewear suited to their lifestyle, prescription, and budget, and assists with dispensing eyewear and contact lenses and lens training as permitted by state law. The associate also educates customers on eyewear and contact lens care, maintains customer and patient records, communicates order status, answers calls, maintains store presentation, and supports inventory control and loss prevention. Duties and practices may vary by location to comply with state licensing or credential requirements. Stores are closed every Sunday.

Requirements

Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training, as permitted by state law.
Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
