About The Position

America's Best, part of National Vision, is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. The role involves helping customers select eyewear suited to their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses and providing lens training where permitted by state law; and educating customers about eyewear and contact lens care. The associate also maintains accurate customer and patient records, communicates order status, answers incoming calls, maintains store cleanliness and visual merchandising, and supports inventory control and loss prevention. Duties and work practices may vary to comply with state licensing and credential requirements. The position requires fluency in reading and speaking both English and Spanish, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. One or more years of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
