About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you are the ultimate brand ambassador. You create authentic connections with customers and guide their shopping journey by offering personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store looking beautiful by ensuring merchandise is well-organized and in the right place on the sales floor, ready to impress customers. You collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences and support an always-inviting environment on the sales floor.

The role involves listening to customers’ needs, sharing product knowledge and recommendations, and using brand behaviors and personalized service to build brand loyalty. You uphold visual and operational standards, use technology to stay informed about company priorities and promotions, and help provide a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. You partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations, and build productive relationships by sharing ideas and helping others.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
