About The Position

The part-time Sales Associate at Island Mercantile at Disney’s Animal Kingdom will represent Pandora and provide a first-class shopping experience. The role focuses on exceeding sales goals, engaging customers, sharing product knowledge, and inspiring customers to design jewelry that expresses what they love. The associate will help create memorable, brand-aligned experiences and build customer loyalty through authentic connections.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience as a results-oriented salesperson in a high-performance sales environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of an organization and engage an audience.
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
Availability for a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Completion of an assessment sent by email after submitting an application.
