About The Position

ACE Cash Express is seeking energetic, personable, sales-oriented Sales Associates to help customers identify appropriate financial products and services and support successful store operations. Associates provide exceptional customer service, build trusting relationships, and handle services that may vary by store, including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. Accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines are essential.

Sales Associates are expected to work independently, take accountability for overall store performance, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. The position includes primarily local travel, which may involve visiting more than one store in a day when necessary. The role requires the ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to applicable state labor laws.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state-specific labor laws.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and to sit, walk, reach, stoop, and bend.
• Ability to engage in verbal communication and active listening.
• Ability to see clearly at close and distant ranges and adjust focus.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of retail experience is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Spanish is welcomed in most markets.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.

• Travel locally and, when necessary, work at more than one store in a day.
