About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for its BOSS Outlet in St. Louis. The role represents the HUGO BOSS brand by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise, and executing operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The associate provides customer service, builds client relationships and personal sales, follows store procedures and policies, supports health and safety practices, and engages with the local community.

Requirements

2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science college degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers.
Drive business with the merchant group and assist with general problem solving.
Achieve positive personal sales results through relationship selling, building a client base, and exemplary customer service.

Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, PR events, and advertising opportunities.
