About The Position
Marc Jacobs International is seeking Temporary Sales Associates for its St. Louis Premium Outlet location in Chesterfield, Missouri, for the 2026 Holiday Season. This seasonal assignment runs from November to January. To meet business needs, associates must be available to work at least two weekdays per week and have open availability on one day every weekend. The role focuses on achieving sales goals, providing knowledgeable and attentive service, developing client relationships, and maintaining store standards and procedures. The rate of pay is $16.50.
Requirements
- Prior retail experience.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability to work a minimum of two weekdays per week and have open availability on one day every weekend.
