About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you serve as a brand ambassador, build authentic connections with customers, and guide their shopping journeys with personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an inviting and beautiful store by organizing merchandise and ensuring it is properly placed on the sales floor. Working collaboratively with the team, you support personalized customer experiences and a welcoming sales-floor environment.

You engage with customers to understand their needs, share product knowledge and styling recommendations, and use brand behaviors and personalized service to build loyalty. You uphold visual and operational standards, use technology and available tools to support promotions and provide an omnichannel shopping experience, and partner with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations. You also contribute to productive working relationships by sharing ideas and helping others.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
