About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you serve as an Ann Taylor brand ambassador, building authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journeys with personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an inviting store by keeping merchandise organized and properly placed on the sales floor. Working with your team, you support personalized customer experiences and contribute to a welcoming sales-floor environment. The role involves delivering attentive service, sharing product knowledge, supporting visual and operational standards, and using available technology to provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. You also work with store leaders and colleagues to meet individual goals and daily expectations.

Requirements
