About The Position

As a Sales Associate at America's Best, you’ll help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. The role involves helping customers choose eyewear suited to their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses and providing lens training where permitted by state law; and educating customers about eyewear and contact lens care. You’ll also maintain accurate customer and patient records, communicate order status, answer incoming calls, keep the store clean and organized and merchandise it to brand standards, and support inventory control and loss prevention procedures. Other duties may be assigned. Duties and work practices may vary by location to comply with state licensing and credential requirements. Stores are closed every Sunday.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
