About The Position

As a Sales Associate at America's Best, you’ll help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You’ll assist customers in selecting eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training when permitted by state law; and educate customers about eyewear and contact lens care. You’ll also maintain accurate customer and patient records, communicate order status, answer incoming calls, maintain a clean and organized store that meets visual merchandising standards, and support inventory control and loss prevention. Duties and work practices may vary to meet state licensing or credential requirements. The position requires fluency in reading and speaking English and Spanish and a high school diploma or equivalent. One or more years of retail or customer service experience is preferred. The role involves multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
