About The Position

America's Best, part of National Vision, is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to support store operations and sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role includes helping customers select eyewear that fits their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses and providing lens training as permitted by state law; and educating customers on eyewear and contact lens care. The associate also maintains accurate customer and patient records, communicates order status, answers incoming calls, keeps the store clean and organized and merchandise presented to brand standards, and supports inventory control and loss prevention procedures. Sundays are off because the stores are closed.

Requirements

Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
Able to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
