About The Position

As a Sales Associate at America's Best, you’ll help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You’ll assist customers in selecting eyewear based on their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted by state law; and educate customers about eyewear and contact lens care. You’ll also maintain accurate customer and patient records, communicate order status, answer incoming calls, keep the store clean and organized, maintain visual merchandising to brand standards, and support inventory control and loss prevention. Additional duties may be assigned. In some locations, state laws require certain duties to be performed by individuals with specific licenses or credentials, so duties and work practices may vary to meet those requirements.

Requirements

Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
