About The Position
Retail Sales Associates at Helzberg Diamonds are responsible for consistently achieving individual sales goals in support of the store's sales and profit objectives while providing superior customer service. The role involves generating sales, presenting product features and benefits, building client relationships, and working with teammates to address customer objections and close sales. Associates also participate in store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
Requirements
- Proven history of selling in a commission environment.
- Superior communication skills.
- High internal motivation.
- Flexibility to work with a variety of personalities.
- One to three years of jewelry retail experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
- Present the features and benefits of extended warranties to increase sales.
- Create business through various clienteling methods.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations based on company sales training.
- Involve fellow teammates in sales presentations to overcome customer objections and close additional sales.
- Provide outstanding customer service to every Helzberg Diamonds guest.
- Participate in all areas of store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
