About The Position

Primark is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an amazing customer experience, maintaining the shop floor and stockroom, processing transactions efficiently, and handling deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people and fashion, strong communication and organizational skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Experience in a busy retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing customers with an amazing experience by assisting with sizes, styles, purchases, or returns.
• Setting up a good-looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and the latest fashions.
• Maintaining a tidy and well-organized stockroom.
• Delivering a fast, friendly, efficient experience at till points, processing queries, voids, and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries.
• Getting products onto the shop floor and ensuring they are correctly priced.
• Ensuring all tasks meet high standards.
