The Commercial Sales Assistant I provides ongoing customer service and documentation support as the Relationship Team's liaison on assigned accounts. This role involves providing professional and efficient service to external and internal customers, analyzing transaction structures, and performing customer service functions. The assistant will provide administrative support to Relationship Managers, assist in closing loans by clearing conditions and preparing closing packages, and support financial statement processes. Additionally, the role involves processing payments, advances, pay-downs, wires, and line of credit adjustments, as well as supporting the Relationship Team with reporting, loan activities, delinquencies, and correspondence preparation. The assistant will also support Relationship Managers with reporting on the Bank's loan origination platform and may act as an initial customer service contact, initiating and facilitating customer research to ensure comprehensive solutions.
