The Commercial Sales Assistant I provides ongoing customer service and documentation support as the Relationship Team's liaison on assigned accounts. This role involves providing professional and efficient service to external and internal customers, analyzing transaction structures, and performing customer service functions. The position offers administrative support to Relationship Managers, assisting in loan closing processes, including clearing conditions, preparing closing packages, and organizing loan documentation. Additionally, it involves supporting financial statement processes, handling payments, advances, pay-downs, wires, and line of credit adjustments. The role also includes supporting the Relationship Team with reporting, loan activities, delinquencies, correspondence preparation, and tracking within the loan information system. The Commercial Sales Assistant I will also support Relationship Managers with reporting, including pipeline and loan closing data, and input on the Bank's loan origination platform. This role may act as an initial customer service contact, initiating and facilitating customer research to ensure comprehensive solutions. Processing customer transactions and providing notary services as needed are also part of the responsibilities.
