About The Position

The Part-Time Sales Associate drives sales and customer relationships by providing strong customer service and using effective selling techniques. The role performs daily store functions, including product merchandising and sales, customer relations, and store maintenance. Customer service, sales, and teamwork are central to the position. The associate helps customers find appropriate merchandise while maintaining store standards, supports shipments, restocking, pricing, and visual presentation, and helps keep the sales floor organized and orderly. The role also requires compliance with company policies, participation in service training and product programs, and assistance in preventing employee and customer theft.

Requirements

Excellent command of English to communicate effectively with management, customers, and other employees.
Basic fashion and style trend knowledge and a desire to work with customers in a retail setting.
Problem-solving, analytical, detail-orientation, flexibility, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide excellent customer service, maintain accurate inventory control, transport merchandise, and maintain the store.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work extended hours during critical project phases and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility.
Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Previous retail or customer service work experience is preferred but not necessary.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Use fashion and trend knowledge to identify appropriate merchandise for customers, provide customer service, and build customer relationships.
Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
Create a positive, energetic, and enthusiastic impression for customers.
Comply with company policies.
Participate in service training and product programs.
Follow visual standards, complete daily restocking, and ensure adequate size runs according to visual directions.
Assist in preventing employee and customer theft.
Maintain a neat and orderly sales environment.
Help keep the store organized as directed by store management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
