Sales Associate- Wine Shop Part-time
About The Position
The position is for a part-time Sales Associate at the Trax Farm Market Wine Shop, which is a satellite store for Arrowhead Wine Cellars. The role involves working approximately up to 24 hours per week, with hours fluctuating seasonally, specifically from May 1st to October 31st. Store hours are Monday-Thursday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday & Saturdays until 8:00 PM, with no late evenings. The successful candidate must be available to work weekends and during Trax hosted Wine Events. The Wine Shop offers various locally produced, premium PA wines from Arrowhead Wine Cellars. While wine knowledge is not a prerequisite as training will be provided, the company values traits such as teamwork, passion for learning about and sharing wine, strong interpersonal skills for customer service, and a self-starter attitude to supplement wine knowledge.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Must be able to obtain a RAMP certification
- Must be able to stand for 8+ hours/day
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs
- Must be able to twist, turn, bend, kneel, sit, reach over your head
- Must possess great finger dexterity
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
