About The Position

Honey Birdette is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to join its team at Garden State. The role is part of a high-performing, collaborative team focused on creating a premium, red-carpet shopping experience for clients and meeting or exceeding sales expectations. The ideal candidate is professional, polished, charismatic, energetic, positive, approachable, and outgoing. The Sales Associate provides customer service and product recommendations, contributes to sales goals and client outreach, and helps maintain an organized and visually appealing store. The position includes training and product learning, teamwork with clients and colleagues, and following company policies and operational procedures. The work environment may include exposure to sexual wellness products, nudity or sexually provocative clothing and imagery, explicit or risqué material, and conversations involving sex, sexuality, anatomy, or vulgar language. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Experience in retail, a client-facing role, or customer service.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Familiarity with sales principles.
Positive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to provide high-standard customer service and build strong client relationships.
Energetic, proactive approach and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Basic computer skills and experience using POS software and inventory management tools.
Sales-driven mentality and ability to achieve high sales expectations.
Availability for a flexible schedule, including closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Unrestricted access to work in the U.S.
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and perform standing, walking, repetitive hand and wrist motions, bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, and work with cleaning chemicals.
Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
Ability to use mobile devices and computers, read instructions and information on screens, and enter information into a computer daily.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, including lingerie, toy, and bondage sales goals.
Grow clienteling and Instagram follower outreach.
Read Honey Communications to develop and maintain product knowledge and confidently answer inquiries and make recommendations.
Build positive relationships with clients, team members, and management.
Attend training sessions and complete “The Hive” tasks.
Help maintain a visually appealing, organized, and operationally sound store, including restocking merchandise and keeping displays clean and tidy.
Use product knowledge to upsell, style, and deliver premium client experiences.
Resolve client complaints diplomatically and promptly, escalating to a Boutique Manager when necessary.
Follow company policies and operational procedures.
