About The Position

ThirdLove is seeking a passionate, customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate for its Garden State location. As a representative of the brand, the associate creates exceptional shopping experiences, builds customer connections and brand loyalty, and contributes to store success in a fast-paced retail environment. The role supports sales, client and team engagement, visual merchandising, and store operations, including cleanliness, upkeep, and opening and closing duties. It also involves using Shopify and Endear, supporting store openings and events, and providing coverage within the Leap cluster.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
At least one year of customer service and/or retail experience.
Comfort working with or using a ladder and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Background in a similar product category is preferred.

Responsibilities

Create positive, memorable customer experiences that build brand loyalty.
Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while serving customers.
Maintain store cleanliness and upkeep.
Support leadership initiatives related to sales, client engagement, team engagement, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
Assist in achieving store performance goals through effective selling techniques and customer engagement.
Complete operational tasks, including opening and closing duties, and use technology such as Shopify and Endear.
Support visual display initiatives and maintain brand standards.
Collaborate with team members and provide support during new store openings, events, and coverage needs within the Leap cluster.
Work varied hours and days, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events, according to business needs.
Maintain an active presence on the sales floor and perform physical tasks including lifting and climbing ladders.
