About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to help deliver excellent service to customers. Similar roles at other brands may be called Sales Associate. Sales Advisors support retail locations by contributing through customer interactions, process ideation and improvement, and special projects. In this role, the Advisor represents Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy, helps make glasses shopping an engaging experience, and supports customers with product knowledge and style advice.
