About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for its BOSS Shop at Macy’s Lakeside. The role represents HUGO BOSS to customers by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise effectively, and supporting operational strategies that contribute to positive operating profits. The associate serves as a brand ambassador and works with the team to provide excellent customer experiences.

Requirements

Two to three years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with communication and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Nice To Haves

College degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service using effective communication and problem-solving skills; support business with the merchant group.
Achieve personal sales results through relationship selling, building a client base, and exemplary customer service.
Maintain awareness of product information, product lines, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.
Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently and maintain proper cash and media accountability at POS registers.
Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
Follow and execute company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
