About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers an outstanding customer experience by providing exceptional service, engaging with customers, identifying their needs, making personalized recommendations, and promoting the store’s membership program. The role contributes to sales performance and store success by creating a positive, welcoming environment and memorable shopping experiences. The position includes assisting customers, maintaining product knowledge and visual merchandising standards, processing transactions, completing inventory tasks, and keeping the store clean and professional. The associate also supports store promotions and sales events and may need to retrieve or place stock in high storage areas while following safety protocols. The role requires a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, potential overnight shifts, and travel as necessary.

Requirements

Strong communication skills.

Basic math abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Promptly greet and assist customers, including managing multiple customers at once.
Anticipate and fulfill customer needs by assessing preferences, answering questions, guiding customers to merchandise, and providing tailored recommendations.
Use suggestive selling techniques and stay informed about product availability.
Maintain organized and attractive product displays in accordance with visual merchandising standards.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
Perform inventory tasks, including restocking and organizing products.
Use product knowledge to recommend and sell merchandise.
Maintain a clean and professional store environment.
Participate in store promotions and sales events.
Access and organize stock in high storage areas while following safety protocols.
