About The Position

Away is hiring a full-time Sales Associate for its Domain Northside team. The Retail team creates a transformative customer experience across Away’s stores through product education, world-class service standards, and operational excellence. Sales Associates provide best-in-class support to customers from arrival through departure, foster connections and community around travel, and represent the Away brand in person. Full-time employees must maintain open availability, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday), and work an average of at least 30 hours per week. Employees are also expected to follow Away’s Blackout Period expectations.

Requirements

Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
A passion for and past experience in retail, customer service, and/or hospitality.
Reliability and effectiveness, with a contribution to overall business success.
Resourcefulness, a solution-oriented approach, and commitment to achieving goals.
Ability to pull, push, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds throughout a work shift.
Ability to stand or be on one’s feet for extended periods throughout a work shift.
Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach as needed throughout a work shift.
Open availability, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday), and an average of at least 30 hours of work per week.
