About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by serving consumers and helping them discover products that inspire them. The role builds brand trust and loyalty while delivering an excellent Nike store experience in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment. Associates work across store zones and consumer needs as part of a collaborative team, with a focus on service, product knowledge, store standards, goals, connection, and integrity. The starting hourly rate is $16.50. Retail shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may be scheduled between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary by location, season, business demands, store needs, and employment type. Associates are expected to commit to their availability and remain flexible; business needs may occasionally require work outside stated availability or additional/different availability.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
