About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by serving consumers and helping them discover products that inspire movement. They build brand trust and loyalty while working as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment. The goal is to provide consumers with an excellent Nike store experience. The starting hourly rate is $16.50. Associates are expected to commit to their stated availability and remain flexible within it. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary by location, season, business demands, store needs, and employment type. Managers will make every effort to schedule within stated availability, though business needs may occasionally require different or additional availability. Retail expected hours are 32–40 hours per week for full-time positions, 14–29 hours for part-time, up to 40 hours for seasonal work depending on business need, and 5–15 hours for part-time under positions. The application process includes an online assessment about personality characteristics related to successful performance in the Retail Athlete/Associate role. Nike uses assessment scores as part of determining whom to advance. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
