Part Time Sales Associate
About The Position
The Part Time Sales Associate at Marshalls is responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, applying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store. The role follows operational, merchandise, and loss-prevention standards and may be cross-trained in multiple store areas to support business needs. The associate helps create a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect, and provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback. The position is located at Marshalls Store 1540 in Seguin, Texas. Starting pay is $13.00 to $13.50 per hour, with actual pay determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Responsibilities
- Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
- Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change according to operating procedures.
- Promote credit and loyalty programs.
- Maintain the merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards.
- Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
- Initiate and participate in store recovery throughout the day as needed.
- Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor and participate in maintaining and cleaning the entire store.
- Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
- Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
- Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
