About The Position

The Part Time Sales Associate at Pandora’s Outlets at Tejon is responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience, exceeding sales goals, and finding innovative ways to engage customers. The associate shares product knowledge and inspires customers to design their jewelry, helping them express the loves and stories that matter to them. The role also supports the store’s brand culture and retail operations. Applicants will be required to complete an assessment sent by email after submitting an application.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance sales environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and engage an audience.
At least 18 years of age.
Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
Availability for a flexible work schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
