About The Position
HUGO BOSS is seeking a Sales Associate for its Macy's Shop at Fashion Valley. The role represents HUGO BOSS to customers and the marketplace by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise, and carrying out operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The associate is part of a team focused on bringing collections to customers and creating excellent customer experiences. The position involves customer service and relationship-based selling, building a client base, supporting business with the merchant group, and resolving customer issues. The associate also follows operating procedures and policies, helps cultivate community relationships, and supports store management with health and safety practices and compliance with local regulations and HUGO BOSS standards.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and selling experience.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves
- BS college degree or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers.
- Drive business with the merchant group and assist with general problem solving.
- Achieve personal sales results through relationship selling, building a client base, and exemplary customer service.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies are followed.
- Cultivate relationships with the community through personal involvement, PR events, and advertising opportunities.
- Assist with implementation of health and safety policies and operational procedures, using provided training and guidance to support store management.
- Follow local laws and regulations and HUGO BOSS health and safety standards.
- Showcase the brand through merchandise presentations and execute operational strategies that support positive operating profits.
