About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers an outstanding customer experience by providing exceptional service, engaging with customers, identifying their needs, offering personalized recommendations, and promoting the store’s membership program. The role contributes to sales performance and store success by creating a positive, welcoming environment and memorable shopping experiences. The position includes assisting customers, maintaining product displays and inventory, processing transactions, and keeping the store clean and professional. The associate participates in promotions and sales events and may need to access stock in high storage areas while following safety protocols. The schedule is flexible to support business needs and may include days, evenings, weekends, potential overnight shifts, and travel as necessary.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Basic math abilities.
Ability to access and organize stock in high storage areas while following safety protocols.
Availability for a flexible schedule supporting business needs, including days, evenings, weekends, potential overnight shifts, and travel as necessary.

Responsibilities
