About The Position

The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide their vehicle purchases in a no-haggle sales environment. The role involves responding to leads promptly, answering questions, providing information, and guiding customers from phone and internet contact to an in-store experience. Associates help customers select vehicles, discuss terms and payment options aligned with their budgets and needs, and close sales. They provide an exceptional experience before and after purchase, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and help transition customers to the Service department to support vehicle ownership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

• Prior sales experience, preferably in retail.
