About The Position
Pandora is the world's largest jewelry brand, and as a Flex Sales Associate, you will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). This Part-Time Flex role is designed to fit your lifestyle, where you will support store operations and deliver incredible fan experiences during peak hours, which include evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches. You will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewelry, giving a voice to people’s loves. This role requires a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, and may involve standing for extended periods and the ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Requirements
- Be a results-oriented seller.
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have the ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
- Be at least 18 years or older.
- Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Be comfortable with a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Be able to stand for extended periods.
- Be able to lift 50+ pounds.
- Be able to arrive to work on time.
Nice To Haves
- A flexible schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
