About The Position
Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate for their Cross Creek Mall location in Fayetteville. As the largest jewelry brand globally, Pandora empowers millions to express themselves through their products. This role is ideal for someone who wants to be a Pandora fan, delivering world-class experiences, exceeding sales goals, and engaging customers. The Flexible Sales Associate role is designed to fit your lifestyle, providing support during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches) and contributing to store operations. You will share product knowledge, inspire customers with styling, and build brand loyalty. This position requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and may involve standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. The role offers a flexible schedule, working anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons, stepping in during high-traffic times or when additional coverage is needed.
