Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate for their Crabtree Valley location. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the Pandora brand and want to deliver a world-class customer experience. As a Flex Sales Associate, you will support store operations during peak hours, engage customers, share product knowledge, and inspire them to style their jewelry. The position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs. Requirements
- Results-oriented seller.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills ('Care' in communication).
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
- At least 18 years or older.
- Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Timely arrival to work.
