This role is ideal for someone who wants a flexible schedule that fits their lifestyle, jumping in during peak hours to support store operations and deliver world-class customer experiences. The Flex Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. You will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewelry, giving a voice to people’s loves.
Requirements
- Results-oriented seller.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
- At least 18 years or older.
- Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Timely arrival to work.
