About The Position
Soma is an intimate apparel brand focused on comfort, confidence, and empowering women. The Sales Associate is the welcoming face of a customer-centered store environment and contributes to a culture of hospitality. The role involves building genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and delivering personalized service. The Sales Associate supports store performance and daily operations by creating an omnichannel customer experience, promoting brand loyalty programs, assisting with merchandising and inventory replenishment, and maintaining store organization and visual standards. This is a temporary, part-time position at The Forum at Carlsbad in Carlsbad, California. The pay range is $16.90–$21.10 per hour.
Requirements

- Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
- Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
