About The Position

Reformation is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Valencia. The role focuses on achieving individual sales goals and delivering an elevated, customer-first shopping experience while representing the brand and educating customers about sustainability. The Sales Associate supports customer engagement and client relationships, maintains inventory accuracy and loss-prevention practices, and helps ensure the sales floor and store environment meet brand standards. This position reports to the Store Manager.

The role requires availability for at least 20 hours and three days per week, including weekends, with flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays if business needs require. The anticipated base hourly compensation range is $16–$25, depending on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity. Requirements

• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or an operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
• Self-motivation and a driven approach to taking on new challenges in work and career.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and a minimum of three days per week, including weekends.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays if required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
• Assist with client generation through customer engagement.
• Contribute to an in-store experience that surprises and delights customers.
• Deliver and foster excellent client experiences with a customer-first mindset to build long-term client relationships.
• Act as a brand ambassador, embody brand values, engage customers with the brand, and share Reformation stories, particularly about sustainability.
• Maintain strong customer-experience feedback and service-evaluation scores through NPS.
• Support consistent inventory accuracy and controls in the store.
• Contribute to loss prevention across the business.
• Uphold the time and attendance policy.
• Ensure the selling floor reflects brand and concept standards at all times.
• Share product knowledge with genuine enthusiasm.
• Communicate customer product feedback to support improvements to products and merchandising.
• Help maintain an inspiring store environment where products are easily accessible.
