About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for its BOSS Outlet in Mebane. The role conveys a positive impression of HUGO BOSS by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise, and executing operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Sales Associate serves as a brand ambassador and works with the team to bring collections to customers. The position focuses on customer service, relationship selling, personal sales, client development, and business support. It also involves following standard operating procedures and company policies, building community relationships, and supporting store management with health and safety procedures and compliance with applicable local laws and HUGO BOSS standards.

Requirements

Two to three years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.
