Sales Associate
About The Position
The Sales Associate helps introduce prospective clients to Orangetheory Fitness and supports studio growth by sharing the company’s fitness concept and selling memberships. The role involves welcoming visitors, presenting the studio and its workouts, guiding prospective clients through their first workout alongside trainers, and following up with interested consumers. Associates also participate in outreach and marketing events and help keep the studio clean and organized. The position is suited to enthusiastic, positive people who communicate well, enjoy working as part of a team, and are passionate about fitness. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Greet everyone entering the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
- Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, including introductory sessions.
- Give studio tours.
- Work with trainers to guide prospective clients through their first Orangetheory workout.
- Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
- Follow up with prospective clients.
- Participate in marketing and outreach events.
- Keep all areas of the studio clean and organized.
