About The Position

Oakley Sales Associates deliver exceptional customer experiences by meeting sales goals and providing personalized eyewear and apparel recommendations. They help customers find products suited to their needs, lifestyles, and preferences, while building lasting relationships. Associates receive hands-on training and work with colleagues and leadership to provide excellent service and maintain a positive, supportive, inclusive store environment. They also help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Requirements
