About The Position
The Part-Time Sales Associate at ALDO drives sales while creating a positive in-store customer experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, the associate supports sales targets, maintains visual merchandising, follows store policies and procedures, assists with daily operations, and contributes to an inclusive store environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail or the service industry.
- A strong interest in fashion.
- A customer-first approach and natural ability to connect with people.
- Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to stay on your feet and lift up to 35 lbs. (approximately 16 kg).
Responsibilities
- Meet individual sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets.
- Maintain the store’s appearance through visual merchandising and displays.
- Follow policies and procedures, especially those concerning payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention.
- Support daily operations, including restocking and back-of-store tasks.
- Help create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome.
