About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you serve as a brand ambassador, building authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journey through personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an inviting, attractive store by organizing merchandise and keeping it properly placed on the sales floor. Working with your team, you create personalized customer experiences and support the store’s welcoming environment.

The role involves delivering attentive, personalized service; sharing product knowledge; supporting brand loyalty; maintaining visual and operational standards; and using technology and available tools to provide a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. You also partner with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations, and contribute to productive team relationships by sharing ideas and helping others.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset to customer interactions.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
