About The Position

Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as a brand ambassador and create authentic connections with customers. The associate guides customers through their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations and product knowledge, while helping maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor. Working collaboratively with the team, the associate supports personalized customer experiences and an inviting store environment. The role uses available technology and tools to support seamless omnichannel shopping, stay informed about company priorities and promotions, and deliver customer-focused service.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset to customer interactions.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
