About The Position
Marc Jacobs International seeks temporary Seasonal Sales Associates for its Valley Fair Mall location in Santa Clara, California, for the 2026 holiday season. This seasonal assignment runs from November to January. To meet store needs, associates must be available to work at least two weekdays per week and have open availability on one day every weekend. The role focuses on achieving sales goals, providing knowledgeable product support, developing client relationships, and maintaining store standards and procedures. Compensation is $20.50 per hour.
Requirements
- Prior retail experience.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability to work a minimum of two weekdays per week and open availability on one day every weekend.
