About The Position
Mattress Firm is seeking a Sales Associate to join their team. This role involves helping customers find the best mattress for their needs, catering to a wide range of price points and comfort levels. The company guarantees a minimum earning of $1,680 per two-week pay period during the initial 120-day onboarding and training period. Mattress Firm is the largest mattress retailer in America with over 2000 stores nationwide and has been recognized as a "Best Places to Work" both locally and nationally.
Requirements
- Thrives in both team and independent settings.
- Quick to learn POS and computer programs.
- Physical flexibility for showroom activities.
- Availability for retail hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol testing and background check.
