About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you’ll help create enjoyable and memorable shopping experiences for guests at Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park. You’ll welcome guests, engage them in conversation, demonstrate products, share product knowledge, and make personalized recommendations. You’ll also support daily store operations, including restocking shelves and helping ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently. The role involves being on your feet and moving around the store, assisting customers, and creating displays. Occasional reaching, bending, stooping, crawling, and lifting or moving items up to 15 pounds may be required. This is a part-time seasonal position with irregular hours, including weekdays, weekends, early evenings, and holidays.

Requirements

• Enjoy meeting new people and engaging guests of all ages in conversation.
• Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to customer interactions.
• Be welcoming and positive and collaborate with team members and store staff.
