About The Position

As a Sales Associate at Soma, you are the welcoming face of a customer-centered store environment and help reflect the brand’s culture of hospitality. You work with the team to build genuine customer connections, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service. The role also supports store performance and operations through sales goals, merchandising, inventory replenishment, and maintaining store organization and brand standards.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
