About The Position

The Sales Associate assists customers throughout the retail store, with a primary focus on providing excellent customer service. Duties may include greeting customers, answering product-related questions, assembling products, performing general housekeeping, and completing other tasks assigned by the manager. The role requires extensive knowledge and understanding of clothing, footwear, and accessories. The schedule includes days, nights, and every other weekend.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of clothing, footwear, and accessories.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Ability to bend and twist frequently.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in the retail store or greenhouse and assist with customer service questions.
Price merchandise and make price changes as requested by store management.
Stock and face merchandise on shelves as requested by store management.
Assist with receiving freight and organizing incoming products as directed by store management.
Assist with cycle counts.
Answer incoming telephone calls and handle them appropriately.
Handle customer transactions using the KCX cash register system.
Handle cash accurately.
Handle customer returns.
Perform housekeeping duties.
Complete other duties as assigned.
